Ordering

  • You must be 18 or older, or have a parent or guardian's permission, to place an order.
  • An order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm that your payment has been received.
  • We may decline or cancel an order, for example where a product is out of stock or an error was made. If we cancel a paid order, you will receive a full refund.

Prices and pricing errors

All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR). TODO(CLIENT): confirm whether prices include VAT. Delivery costs are shown at checkout before you pay.

We take care to display correct prices. If a price is clearly wrong, we may cancel the order and refund you in full, or contact you to confirm the correct price.

Payment

Payments are processed securely by Yoco. We do not see or store your card details. Your order is only confirmed once Yoco confirms your payment to us.

Delivery

Delivery is covered by our Shipping & Returns policy. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

Returns and refunds

Product information and use

Our products are cosmetics for external use. Please read the ingredients and warnings on each product page and do a patch test before first use. Results vary between individuals.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or this website. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
