Shipping & Returns

Delivery

We deliver nationwide, door to door, to major cities and metropolitan areas. We can't currently deliver to deep rural areas or outlying postal codes. We don't offer pick-up points or collection.

  • Delivery fee: a flat rate of R86 per order.
  • Free delivery: orders over R450 ship free.
  • Couriers: we ship with The Courier Guy, and may use Fastway or RAM where they are quicker or cheaper for your address.

Processing and delivery times

We pack your order within 1 business day after payment is confirmed. Courier delivery usually takes 2 to 4 business days. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

We will email you a courier name and tracking number when your order ships. You can also check your order on our order status page.

Returns

Because our products are cosmetics, we cannot accept returns of products that have been opened or used, for hygiene and safety reasons, unless the product is defective or not as described.

If you return an unopened, unused product because you changed your mind, you pay the cost of returning it. TODO(CLIENT): confirm the return window in days.

Your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, including the right to goods that are of good quality and fit for purpose, are not affected by this policy.

Damaged or defective goods

If your order arrives damaged, or a product is defective, we cover the cost of the return and replacement or refund:

  • Contact us within TODO(CLIENT): number days of delivery at contact@kuntania.com.
  • Include your order number, a description of the problem and clear photos of the product and packaging.
  • We will arrange a replacement or refund once we have confirmed the issue.

Refunds

Approved refunds are paid back to the original payment method (via Yoco) within TODO(CLIENT): number business days. Your bank may take additional time to show the refund.
